A delicious side dish, goes with everything and is simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Water

    3 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

Fry the finely chopped onion, add the carrots grated on a coarse grater, add the rice, stir and fry about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Pour in the water.

Crumble the rice oil, salt, cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
