Fried chicken (whole) with roast potatoes and prunes.

Cooking
Chicken RUB with salt; cut the oranges into quarters and squeeze orange juice on the chicken and lightly RUB it into the skin, inside chicken with slices of oranges and leave to marinate 23-30 minutes.
Peeled potatoes cut into pieces, add salt and put in the form or dish, pre-greased with sunflower oil. The second layer put the prunes (but not to much otherwise the potatoes will be sweet - although as you like...), on top again a layer of potato, onion cut into half rings, onion - slices of tomato.
When the chicken has marinated - coat it with oil, take a jar or bottle with a wide neck (depends on the size of the chicken), pour into it the vinegar diluted with water 1:1, the jar, put the chicken and put it in the center of dishes with potatoes. And put in the oven!!!
In the process of cooking the chicken pour the marinade (orange juice, vinegar, finely chopped fresh herbs)
After 40-60 minutes, our chicken is ready! Bon appetit!
