Orange-poppy seed cupcake
This cupcake has a humid structure, citrus aroma and interesting poppy blotches

Ingredients

  • The sugar syrup

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

  • Mac

The oven is heated to 180 C. Grease the form with butter or lay a paper. Mix the flour, baking powder and soda in a single container. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla. To drive eggs one by one, vimosewa well after each addition. On low speed, stir in the dough half the required recipe flour. Stop the mixer and scrape spatula the mixture from the sides of the tank. Add the yogurt (sour cream) and remaining flour. In the end add the poppy seeds. Pour the batter into shape and bake them until Golden brown or dry matches. For the syrup: put all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. After baking the cupcake to get right on the form, to pour it across the surface to be impregnated with syrup. Allow to cool. Flip on serving dish and remove paper.
