Trout with shrimp and orange
The dish is in the tradition of Caribbean cuisine. Nothing special for the people who live there, fish and citrus. For us a bit unusual... it was 10 years ago. And then tasted. Because it is incredibly tasty. Brand new year's recipe. And it is very easy and fast. Cook???

Ingredients

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    20 ml

  • Shrimp

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Cooking

Trout cut into portions. RUB some salt and pepper.

Pieces of fish roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil, but not until tender, about 3 minutes.

To dissolve in the butter, lightly fry the pepper, cut into strips and shrimp for 2 minutes.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Squeeze the juice of half an orange. Bring to boil, fire to remove.

Put the fish in a fireproof dish, sprinkle the peppers with the shrimp together with the liquid. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
