Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    5 slice

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Green onions

In a hot pan put the pieces of butter.

Then put potatoes cut into strips. Close the pan with a lid and fry on medium heat.

After 10 minutes from start of cooking pour into the pan the soy sauce, add paprika and garlic, passed through chesnokodavku. Add salt according to your taste.

Then introduce the cream. Then fry under the lid, stirring periodically.

When the potato came to ready, pour it finely chopped onion greens, cover and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.
