Chicken cutlets with peppers
Chicken burgers with juicy, bright bell peppers! A rich addition to any garnish for summer family dinner! The idea of the recipe thanks to chef Victoria!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

    150 g

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds, cut into small flat pieces. In a pan, greased with vegetable oil, for 2 minutes to roast the pepper on each side. Remove from heat, cover pan and let stand for 10 minutes.

Mix chicken mince, egg and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper, knead well.

In a flat plate pour the breadcrumbs for breading. From stuffing to make a small cake, put in the breadcrumbs. In the center put a piece already cooled peppers.

Put on top the pepper with a small amount of meat.

Put a second piece of bell pepper on top of the meat. With the help of a knife with a wide blade to lift the edge of the pellet, forming a cutlet.

Put the formed meatballs (I got 12 pieces) on the Board and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil on each side for 4 minutes on high heat, then reduce the fire and cook the meatballs for 10-15 minutes under the lid until ready.
