Chicken fillet with rice and mushrooms

To prepare chicken with rice and mushrooms: I took a pic of "amber" TM "Mistral" bags, since it is very easy to prepare. Lower the bag with the rice in boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Begin to prepare meals. Wash and cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces. Boil them in salted water with the Bay leaf and thyme for 10 minutes after boiling water. Then turn off the stove, cover the pan with a lid and leave to stand for 20 minutes (while cooking rice).

The sliced carrots to boil in salted water for 5 minutes. One minute before removing from heat, add carrots, green peas.

Chicken fillet fry in a frying pan with oil for 10-15 minutes and cut into slices 1-1,5 cm

After 30 minutes the rice is cooked. Remove teabags and allow the water to drain.

Sliced chicken fillet spread on a clean pan adding 1 tablespoon ghee and fry for 1-2 minutes together with mushrooms, vegetables and rice "amber" from TM "Mistral" bags. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish hot. Bon appetit!
