Crepes with
Pancakes with apples is a classic. But I suggest to bring a little bling to this classic combination!

Ingredients

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Raisins

    300 g

  • Cognac

    100 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

Combine flour, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, milk and cream.

Stir well with a whisk to avoid lumps. Add to the ingredients of baking powder and 2 tbsp oil "Oleyna". The rest of the oil you use for greasing pans for baking pancakes.

Bake pancakes.

Apples clear from the seeds, cut into cubes and cover them with the sugar, 100 g sugar, leave for caramel. Leave for 2-3 hours to apples, let the juice.

In a separate pan melt the left 100 g of sugar and bring it to a caramel color, pour in the boiling water, stir until smooth. Add this caramel to the apples.

Apples with sugar and caramel bring to boil and simmer on minimum heat for 30 minutes. Part of the apples are going soft, some remain in pieces. 5 minutes until cooked pour in half the cognac and add the spices. In such a configuration it is possible to preserve - pour it boiling on a sterile banks and screw the sterilized lids, wrap up in towel to cool. Stored in the refrigerator for up to a year. At the right moment opened the jar, added to your taste: raisins, nuts, berries, and every time you get a new sauce!

Remove the sauce from heat, cool to 70-80 degrees and while stirring enter in the sauce and soft butter.

Rinse the raisins and add to the sauce, pour the remaining brandy, stir.
