Cooking
Prepare the dough for pancakes. In one bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast, I have a "SAF-moment".
In another bowl, mix warm milk, water, vegetable oil, eggs. Whisk lightly with a whisk. The temperature is about 35 degrees.
Mix the components of both bowls, whisk or electric mixer until smooth, cover with a towel, put in warm place for 1 hour. The finished dough is bubbling actively.
Bake pancakes in the pancake pan, brushing with oil in the usual way, on both sides.
Of this amount makes 12 pancakes.
Prepare the filling. It can be practiced until suitable dough. Onion cut into feathers and fry until transparent in butter.
Squid clean and cut into thin strips.
Put the squid into the pan with the onions and fry on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper mixture. Stir, simmer 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the pieces of cheese, stir until dissolved cheese, turn off the fire.
Take a pancake, put on the middle of the mound of toppings.
Gather up the edges of the pancake, mimicking the pouch, fasten the ends of skewer.
