Pancake filled with squid Stroganoff
For lovers of seafood and squid in particular, offer a delicious snack of pancakes. Snack is universal. It can be served as warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

Prepare the dough for pancakes. In one bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast, I have a "SAF-moment".

In another bowl, mix warm milk, water, vegetable oil, eggs. Whisk lightly with a whisk. The temperature is about 35 degrees.

Mix the components of both bowls, whisk or electric mixer until smooth, cover with a towel, put in warm place for 1 hour. The finished dough is bubbling actively.
