Cake with onion and egg
To make the cake much faster than messing around with pies. In case you don't have the time.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Green onions

    2 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Prepare the dough. Mix melted butter, sugar, salt, buttermilk, and beaten eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to liquid mixture and mix well.

Finely chop green onions, slightly warmed with a knob of butter. Salt, pepper, add chopped boiled eggs.

Form grease with oil, pour a little more than half of the test. Spread on top of stuffing and pour the remaining batter. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
