ABC of pork belly
I always cook ABC of pork and fries. Goes well with rice, pasta and mashed potatoes. Often made from the brisket, low cost, and because the son loves the bacon in this dish due to the long simmering in tomato sauce with cucumber fat stops being fat and well "masked"

Ingredients
