Description

Dip of white beans and eggplant
Very tasty and spicy dip. Served with chips and sliced vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beans cover with cold water, leave overnight. Boil in salted water until tender, cool. Eggplant cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes until tender, cool.
