Pork steak
Today, the husband still encouraged me to cook the meat. After tasting a piece, he took out of the fridge, the wine and poured two glasses. At first I refused, like, hot, what kind of wine?.. But he said, "You just try!" It was long ago, but we remember that dinner in the summer cafe at the sea... And this meat reminded me of the taste of summer nights. Here is such a "romantic" steak turned out!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Spices

The meat I pulled from the freezer (cut it in advance). In the microwave was frozen, but the pieces were still solid. So I decided "softening" in soy sauce.

To do this in a bowl, mixed the soy sauce with water 1:1. And put back the pieces of pork. Left for 10 minutes. Photos just do not do it, so photographed in a small tank one piece (that was understandable).

10 minutes later "sprinkled" pieces of meat with spices (both sides). I took spices for barbecue and a mixture of peppers. But you can certainly add any spices to taste.

Onions cut rings and also 5 minutes away "soaked" in water with soy sauce.

Fry meat in a pan on high heat somewhere for 7 - 8 minutes on each side. Onions until Golden brown. And got excellent results! :)
