Very interesting and elegant method of cooking fish! Fish turns out very juicy, tender, soaked in juniper aroma. To me even the neighbors came running at the cottage to ask how a funky smell! Simply yum!

Take a wood Board. I have juniper. It could be cedar, and olive, and even a birch Board.
Take 1 liter of water, add 1 Cup of wine and soak this Board.
