Kebab cutlets of duck
Of course, the duck breast we sell rare... I bought for the first time. This is a fillet of duck thighs for barbecue. Initially I wanted to do barbecue, but by opening the package and seeing the uneven pieces of fillet with skin, I realized that it is better meat mince. Wash duck, dry. Folded in a suitable container and add spices. Mix well. I used soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Shipping container in the fridge. Better on the day. My duck was marinated for 2 days.

And in the last 10 minutes I turned on the convection mode. The patties turned out crispy.
