Cooking
The classics make the cheesecakes: 1. Cheese mash with a fork, add the egg and sugar.
2. Sliced lemon circles pre-cut the peel, as it gives a bitter taste and my kids don't like it. But when cooking for adults only, it is not removed. That is, the peel can be removed for "non-fans" lemon bitterness. 3. Soak the lemon in the Sahara about half an hour ( sometimes 10-15 minutes) drain the lemon juice and a little in the microwave make a raisin cake. Then take out and give to drain excess juice on a paper towel.
4. Cut into small cubes and add our curd mass and gently stir. 5. Propylaeum hands with flour and take the dough, form a cheese cakes and fry them lightly in a pan with butter and put in a baking dish. 6. Put into the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees (like baked cheesecakes as there is less oil out and a lot of fried harms figure))
7. Mix the sour cream with the remaining lemon juice and sugar and enjoy exploding bombs inside the cheese) the Fourth recipe I dedicate to our Grandparents. Who are so fond of their grandchildren and often become their best friends) I Wish you health and longevity to be with your loved ones!
