Description
For a long time, on the eve of the Orthodox Christmas, I bake Christmas pretzel, who loves family and friends. It can be kept fresh for a long time. However, we have eaten in one day. I don't remember where we got this recipe. Most likely from the magazine "Worker" or "Peasant." On the Internet I found this recipe, so I decided to share it. If still anyone has that recipe, please excuse and inform me. I will immediately delete your.

Cooking
Put in a warm place the dough from the milk, yeast and half the flour.
Grind white 10 yolks with the sugar, vanilla, crushed cardamom (I have this time was no cardamom and I added turmeric) and salt.
Beat incandescent softened butter.
The sourdough was a good fit.
Mix well whipped butter with ready-made dough.
Add the remaining flour and knead the dough so that it is well lagged behind the hands and from the sides of the bowl (pots/cups). Add the washed and drained raisins, knead again and put in heat. The dough should be thick.
How will rise again, put it on a Board sprinkled with flour, knead and roll into a harness (the edges are thinner). Put on greased sheet (I use a baking Mat, so do not grease) in the form of the letter "V". Let 5 - 10 minutes rasstaetsja at the plate. Brush with beaten the remaining 2 yolks, sprinkle peeled and chopped nuts and put in a preheated 180 - 190 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
When the pretzel is ready (check wooden pointed stick), to pass on paper, folded in several layers, so the bottom is not autotalo. I leave for 5 minutes - 10 and put on a large platter.
Before you put on the table, sprinkle with powdered sugar, place on a large platter covered with a napkin. You can stick colorful candles, small fir twigs. Bon appetit! I found the sheet too small, so in the finished product letters are not visible.
And it's a piece of pretzel
