Casserole Italian style
Wanted to treat our company something special, eyes fell on the magnets, which collects daughter - Italy! And it occurred to me to make a lasagna. Immediately I confess, my meal this lasagna, like walking to Bologna. And the cakes I have "Mexican". However, the result pleased us, it was delicious, hearty and fun: topic about Italy and Italian dishes proved to be of interest to all consumers.

These are the cakes I used for my "lasagna".

Minced meat fry in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. I have beef and Turkey, in the ratio of 2:1. In the mince add black pepper and salt.

In the second pan fry the onion with the carrots, adding salt.

If you are the owner of one pan - we put the stew cabbage, which is seasoned with salt, red chilli and with freshly grated nutmeg. For photos of ready cabbage, as you can see, she barely changed color.

I almost forgot, on the fourth cooking zone is cooked rice, which is pre-washed and covered in boiling salted water. Cook until almost cooked at minimum heat, without covering with a lid. Then the water is drained.

Form grease with butter and put the first pellet. Since the diameters of the pellet and the shape was different, it had to be trimmed along the edge of the petals and lay slightly overlapping. The bread was greased.

Prepare the sauce. Whisk eggs with salt, paprika and milk, add flour and stir to avoid lumps.

The first layer on the cake, stack the carrots and onions, roasted on top of stuffing.

Then the rice, then the cabbage. Pour half of the mixture of milk and eggs, cover with second tortilla and repeat the layers again. Pour the remaining filling.

On top lay slices of tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Put bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
