Milt fried salmon with cous-cous
Simple, quick but very tasty and hearty dish. A very interesting sauce - gravy... help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish ROE

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Couscous

    0.5 pack

Rinse the defrosted milk to dry out. Folded into a suitable container and add spices and soy sauce. Mix well and leave to marinate.

Couscous pour boiling water at the rate of 1 to 2, cover and leave to swell for 5-7 minutes. When the couscous has absorbed all the water, open the lid and loosen the couscous with a fork. If you want you can add oil, soy sauce or salt. I did not add.

Heat the pan. Pour oil for frying and pour milk into the pan together with the marinade.

ROE fry on both sides until pink. Cover with a lid and stew for 5-10 minutes until tender. All, milt is ready!!! Spread on a plate the couscous, top with milk and pour the sauce in the pan quite a lot.
