Cooking
Cabbage cut into large pieces, salt, put in a pan and pour the boiling water, gently press to cover the cabbage, cook for 15-20 minutes.
Drain water, add cheese, pour the milk, put the butter and simmer another 15 minutes.
You can as an option to milk to accommodate a few eggs with eggs is also delicious. Serve hot garnish, I love the cabbage to eat.
