Chocolate cake with pears
This cake combines the wonderful taste of chocolate and ripe pear

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Chop the chocolate, add the butter and melt in a water bath. Stir until smooth, cool slightly

Sift the flour with the baking powder, stir

Pear clean, cut into small pieces, add to the batter and stir gently
