Cake-a cake with a pudding and currant
Filler pie. Moist chocolate, a layer of pudding with the tartness of black currant... and being prepared is not very troublesome.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    10 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Black currants

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

First prepare the vanilla pudding according to the recipe indicated on the package. I added instead of milk 200 ml of cream 300 ml of milk. Hot pudding, cover with cling film, that would not form a crust as it cools down. And set aside. Then the Water+oil.

Flour+cocoa =to sift. Add sugar+vanilla sugar.

Currants sprinkle them with sugar and mash well with a spoonful of each berry. Pour a spoonful of starch. Mix well.

The dry ingredients for the dough gently pour the water with oil. Stir that would lumps as much as possible. Pour the soda and pour the vinegar. Mix well.
