Pie with pumpkin and apples
Delicious, fragrant, soft, airy and at the same time slightly crumbly pie in almond crust.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Apple

  • Brown sugar

Pumpkin cut into small cubes, filled 100 g of white sugar and left over night in the fridge.

In a bowl screened flour. Eggs with brown sugar whipped hand blender and poured it into the bowl with the flour. Poured baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Added the softened butter and beat the dough. The dough was a bit sticky.

Baking dish well greased with butter. Ground almonds and poured them into shape and distributed along the bottom and the sides. With sliced pumpkin leaked sweet juice and put it in the form. Peeled apples, finely sliced and dumped there. The dough is poured on the pumpkin and apples. Divide it by the spoonful over the filling.

The cake baked for 45 minutes at t 160 degrees. Chilled pie shifted onto a cutting Board.
