Mackerel with soy sauce and sour cream
A great dish for family lunch or dinner. Cooked very quickly, it turns out very tasty and useful.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 pinch

My mackerel, it is better if it is not thawed until the end. Then the pieces are more even.

Disemboweled, cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick

To the mackerel add the soy sauce, sour cream and vinegar, salt and spices to taste. I salt was not added. Mix, and give a stand up a couple of minutes.

On a cold dry pan place the fish with the sauce, cover it and put it on the stove for 2 minutes on each side. Fish should be as baked.
