Cooking
Cook pasta in salted water with one teaspoon of vegetable oil. If they have remained since yesterday, this step is skipped and we save 10 minutes of time. Bulgarian pepper cut into slices, the mushrooms on the plate, chili pepper (if you like witty) to clear of seeds and cut into rings, garlic finely chop.
For the remaining vegetable oil to fry garlic, pepper and mushrooms until soft.
From canned goods to pour, fish deconstruct with a fork into pieces and add to vegetables. Add oregano, salt, pepper and all this heat.
A baking dish with a volume of 1-1,5 liters of grease, put half of pasta (I have fusilli). Sprinkle the contents of the pan and cover all with the remaining macaroni products.
In a pan melt the butter, add the flour and, stirring constantly, fry for 1 minute. Gradually pouring the milk, bring contents of skillet to a boil, reduce heat to low and stir to avoid lumps, boil for 1-2 minutes until thick. To taste add to sauce, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce on top of pasta.
Tomatoes cut into rings and spread over the surface. Sprinkle with white breadcrumbs and top with grated cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees about 25 minutes.
Fusilli, impregnated with a delicate sauce, tuna, tomatoes, baked crust of bread crumbs and cheese and the flavor of the mushrooms mixed with the smell of oregano is just a song!
The beauty of this recipe is its variance - instead of tuna you can use cooked meat or ham, mixed with hard-boiled and cut into pieces eggs. A delicious meal of low products, without any effort!
