Pancakes with fish
Offer a very simple, quick and yet delicious recipe of pancakes with herbs and fish fillets. For cooking these pancakes, I used a dry Pollock fillet fat and fillet of salmon. Together these fish are great "friends". I recommend to submit pancakes with sour cream and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    70 ml

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Pollock

    300 g

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients: fillets of Alaska Pollock and salmon fillets, flour, eggs, kefir, sour cream, herbs, salt, baking powder, onion and oil for frying.

The greens and onions cut into arbitrary pieces.

Put them in a blender, pour the yogurt.

Grind.

Add eggs, sour cream, salt and again mix in blender.

Put mix in a bowl, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix well, the dough should have the consistency like thick cream.

Fillet of white and red fish cut into small dice.

Add fish to batter and stir.

Fry on a hot pan in small amount of oil (pour slowly), with 2 sides on medium heat.
