Apple-poppy seed filling for pancakes
Sweet, juicy and fragrant filling for pancakes from apples and poppy.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Damn

    4 piece

  • Mac

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Pre-make pancakes with the addition of sunflower oil to the dough or to bake pancakes while cooking the filling.

Apples cleaned and cut into cubes.

Add butter, water and sugar with natural vanilla. Put the apples on low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

Grind the poppy seeds.

Add sugar. Mix well.

Pour the warm milk, mix well.

Add the semolina and stir. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Then to the apples add the Mac and cook for another 10 minutes.

On pancakes put the stuffing and turn rolls.
