Soup
Delicious and nourishing Japanese soup with wheat noodles, chicken, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • Udon

    75 g

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    9 piece

  • Shrimp

    6 piece

  • Broth

    250 g

  • Green onions

Udon noodles boil, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. The shiitake mushrooms soak in warm water in proportion 1:3 for 30 minutes.

Separately, boil the chicken broth, carrots and onions. When the broth is ready, remove the chicken and chop it into pieces. Strain the broth.

Shrimp clear from the shell and boil. My shrimp were already cooked frozen, so I just poured boiling water (to defrost) and cleaned.

When all ingredients are ready, you can begin to assemble the soup. The Dashi broth bring to a boil, mix with 250 ml. of chicken broth. To gently put the Udon noodles, chicken fillet, 3 mushrooms, shiitake, cooked carrots and 2 shrimp. Pour all fish-chicken broth, sprinkle with green onions.
