Chicken fillet in a creamy sauce with tarragon
Very tender chicken in a creamy sauce with a spicy tarragon, mushrooms and a touch of mustard with grains. On the side is my favorite wonderful tagliatelle pasta. Very good combination! The dish is very simple and quick to prepare, but very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Tarragon

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Butter

Onions finely chop mushrooms not very finely, about 8 pieces, chicken cubes. Put on the fire a pot of water for boiling pasta. In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add to the pan the mushrooms and fry for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Move onions and mushrooms to the edge of the pan, place on a vacant place the chicken and fry, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes. Mix all together.

At this time, boil water for pasta. Water, salt, drop the pasta, stir, bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, according to the instructions on the package. I even add a little vegetable oil in a saucepan for pasta.

To the chicken with the mushrooms add the cream, bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes until thick. Do not forget to stir.

Add the tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, stir, simmer a few more minutes.

The pasta is drained, spread on plates, dressed with a creamy small. On top of (or near) place the chicken with the sauce. And ... Bon appetit! Can be served otherwise - the pasta is drained, place back in pan, also add the sauce with chicken and stir. Recipe source - service "Taste of home".
