Description

Fried potatoes with fried herring
Sure you've never eaten this dish. This recipe I found in the booklet "recipes" for Orthodox lent. This pamphlet I have long since lost, but the potatoes with fried herring recalled. The taste of this dish very interesting with a subtle hint of herring. Dill, parsley and green onion adds piquancy. It is certainly a dish for those who love herring in any form.
