Cooking
Peel the potatoes and salted water to boil until tender. Cool slightly and large cubes chop.
Finely chop the onion, garlic to push through chesnokodavilku. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan, put back the onion with garlic and lightly fry on a slow fire. Immediately add the tomato puree and paprika and fry it all together.
Tomatoes cut into medium slices (the middle part where the peduncle is better to cut) and add to the onions.
Cube diluted in hot water to make 300ml. The bulen and add to vegetables. All of this simmer for 15 min.
Beans rinsed and, together with half of the potatoes, rosemary, capers and lemon zest add to vegetables. Remaining potatoes and mash them with a fork and add to goulash. The need to add water as the Stew should not be too thick or too thin.
Mix everything and add salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
After 5 minutes Potato goulash is ready. Serve with greens. That's all! Bon appetit!
