Description
Teriyaki – very tasty sauce. Any meat, marinated in it, it only gets better. It can be used as a marinade as a separate sauce, or as a base for many other sauces. In this recipe beef is marinated in teriyaki and served with a sauce prepared based on it.

1. Onions cut into rings and pour 1/3 Cup teriyaki. Meat pour in 1/3 Cup teriyaki and marinate 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
2. For the sauce finely chop the chilli, removing the seeds. (If you like witty, seeds not need to be removed). Mix 1/3 Cup teriyaki 2 tbsp water, rice wine, peanut butter and powdered Chile.
3. Meat on the preheated grill, greased with vegetable oil and cook for 15 – 20 minutes depending on desired degree of doneness. If you cook the meat in the oven, bake it in the grill for 20 – 25 minutes. Cooked meat on a platter, cover with foil and leave for 10 minutes so that the juices distributed evenly. Bow to lay out on the foil and put on grill along with meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, over hot coals.
