Yabloko with rice crumbs
Juicy, with a rich flavor and crispy crust pie.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

Ingredients a lot, but they are all simple and affordable. Preparation consists of several parts so I broke the ingredients into groups

We're doing rice crumbs, for which he needs rice cereal. I have from TM Mistral.

Fill it with the cereal milk, add sugar and cook porridge. Cereal, but nevertheless need to boil for about 10 minutes. Cool. Add the egg yolks one by one (beat the whites in a separate bowl until stable peaks), raisins (if hard, then pre-steamed).

Then gently beat in the whipped whites.

Mass spread on a well greased baking sheet not thick layer and bake in a preheated 190° oven for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown and evaporation of the liquid. Cool slightly and chop with a knife.

Now for the test. Mix sour cream, milk and yogurt (as stated in the original recipe, but I think the products are partly interchangeable) and soda. Lightly beat. Separately grind the eggs with salt, add a little sugar (I didn't dobavliala). Pour in the cognac.

Combine both mixtures and mix thoroughly. Next, beat in the flour, adding gradually, a couple tablespoons. Knead first with a whisk, then a wooden paddle

Roll into a ball and cover with bowl. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the apples and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and candied fruit.

Rested roll the dough in thin layer and brush with oil. Wrap to the middle and stung the long edges first, then short, turn seam side down and leave for five minutes. Then roll and fold again. Repeat this process three times, remembering to brush with butter.

Grease the baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour. I didn't do it, because baked on a silicone Mat. Roll out the dough, sprinkle a thin layer of semolina, put the mixture with the candied fruit, then apples tiles. Wrap the edges of the cake to the filling. Bake at a temperature of about 200° 20-25 minutes.

Then get the pie out of the oven, liberally sprinkle with rice crumbs, a little utaptyvaya. Return pie to oven and bake another 10 minutes. Baking time is still rough, look at baking in your oven.
