Chocolate cake without eggs
If I wanted a sweet, and the house no eggs - this recipe will save you!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    240 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    210 g

  • Butter

    90 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Almonds

Cooking

Prepare the required number of ingredients. Turn the oven to heat up 180 degrees. Grease a baking pan with oil.

Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, water, lemon juice, and coffee. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Mix both mixtures until smooth.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Decorate cake with icing sugar and almonds. Alternatively, you can sprinkle grated chocolate or drizzle chocolate glaze. Bon appetit!
