Description

Millefeuille of potato with ham
Decided to treat their delicious and hearty dish. You could call it a casserole and gratin, but I have Mille-feuille, which means "a thousand sheets". Layers of potatoes, alternating with delicious ham, sweet soy sauce, KIKKOMAN adds a spicy touch, and nutmeg fills the dish with its subtle flavor. In General, very tasty! Invited to dinner!

Ingredients

  • Ham

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Take a deep rectangular form (for cupcakes) (I have dense foil disposable) on the bottom put some slices of butter and cover it with slices of ham, overlapping, leaving dangling edges. Lubricated with a brush of sweet soy sauce KIKKOMAN.
step-1
Potatoes cut into thin circles. Spread on ham layer potatoes, grate on a little nutmeg. Salt is not needed.
step-2
The layer of potatoes put some slices of butter and grated cheese. Cover with a thin layer of jamon. Then another layer of potatoes, etc. to the top.
step-3
The top layer of potatoes is completely closed jamon. The form wrap foil that never held air and did not evaporate the liquid in the cooking process. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Whip it out, cool slightly and serve.
