Cooking
We will prepare our ingredients.
Boil chickpeas until tender. It should be soft but not overcooked. Your favorite way. I prefer to use the slow cooker-skorova rcoi. Without soaking... For an hour all ready!!!
Half of the Bulgarian pepper cut into strips. Spread in a preheated pan with a little vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with pepper spices.
Add water and tomato paste. Let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
And put our chickpeas. Stir, cover with a lid and on very low heat, leave for 20 minutes.
