Rice pancakes with ham and cheese
They say that the rice pancakes were one of the favorite dishes of Chinese emperors. But you know, I cook and love them not only in China. It is traditional for many Eastern countries and Asia a dish in these countries prepare for many centuries and even millennia. As you can guess from the title, are preparing these pancakes made from rice flour, and as our Russian pancakes, rice have lots of ways of cooking. Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil
