1. To activate the yeast (2 tsp) in warm milk (3 tbsp) with 1 tsp of sugar (milk and sugar from the total quantity) within 15 min. Cook flour welding. Prepare the stuffing. Take rice, mung bean, peas, buckwheat, lentils and boil separately. Arrange in individual bowls.
