Cooking
Fish to clean, gut, rinse with water. Cut the fish into pieces. Pour the fish soy sauce, sprinkle with Basil and ground black pepper. Season with salt to taste, if required.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Put in the form of vertical layers, alternating them.
Prepare the filling. Stir the eggs with a fork, add salt and starch. Stir with a whisk to avoid lumps. Add milk and stir. Fill pour over fish and vegetables. Cover with foil shape. Put the form in preheated oven and bake at temperature of 180 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes. Then remove the foil to evaporate the liquid. Allow to cool a little and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
