Cabbage for Breakfast
I love this cabbage! I eat it every day. Add everywhere and in everything. In baking, soups, and just eating lightly boiled in salted water.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    250 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Took apart the cabbage into florets and put in salted water. Boiled three minutes and drained the water.

In the pan poured the oil and put the cabbage. On top put sliced pepper.

Whipped eggs in a blender and poured it in the pan with the vegetables. ( If you do not hurry, then whisk everything separately, the yolk and the white. )

The top is sprinkled with grated cheese.

Put the frying pan with the cabbage in a preheated oven under the grill for 10 minutes. ( Watch that the cheese is not burnt. )
