  • Carrots

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Sour cream

    400 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

  • Sunflower oil

Cut the rabbit into portions. Pickle in a mixture of spices, salt, garlic and 100ml of sour cream. I marinated the meat for 3 hours. Fried rabbit in breadcrumbs in hot oil until Golden brown. Put in a saucepan.
