This recipe was invented and eventually perfected my favorite young man! I will say that it can be like a rip-off, because this site has something similar, but our recipe is really wonderful! We eat this dish sooooo long, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, it is not boring!) This paste can be made with chicken (the universal), as well with beef and pork, the technique is everywhere one) p.s. please do not judge strictly, because this is our first publish, hope you like it :)

Cooking
Take all the ingredients. I have the picture no chili sauce.
Cut the beef into pieces. Preferably stripes. Marinated in teriyaki sauce with garlic pepper and salt. For an hour at least.
All the vegetables cut into stripes.
In a pan heat the oil. We have a frying pan wok.
Add to the pan the meat. And fry until almost cooked. TK small strips of meat will cook quite quickly. Then boil the noodles.
You can also roast the sesame seeds, I do it in a slow cooker, but if you're in a hurry, it is not necessary.
When the meat is browned add all the vegetables ( carrots, peppers, zucchini) in addition to beans, add teriyaki sauce and chili and cook until the carrots become soft. (no more than 7min)
Next, add the green beans. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the noodles, stir remove from heat.
Put it on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit! ps we have at this time there was sesame
