Casserole of herring and eggs in a frying pan
Sometimes for dinner you want something unusual, but at the same time tasty. And most importantly, that cooking was not for long. This casserole is one of those options.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Put to boil hard boiled eggs.

Herring mine, and remove the giblets, clean, cut off the fins and head. Remove the backbone and the maximum and remove all the bones. I cut small rectangles.

Pan smeared with butter. Placed on the bottom pieces of herring.
