A delicious Turkish flatbread Lahmacun or Lahmajo with a delicious meat filling, so I want to make such cakes with bean filling. I didn't even think that it would be so tasty and healthy

Soak beans in cold water, it is best to do this at night and leave until morning. Then in the morning drain, put in a pot of beans, cover with water (1 part beans and 5 parts water). Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes on strong fire, then the fire abated and cook for another 1.5-2 hours.

First you need knead the dough. I often meshu in HP so the challenge for me is easier, I just poured into the Cup CP in the milk and vegetable oil put sugar, salt, flour and yeast and put on the dough mode. After 1.5 hours, I'm getting soft, airy and very tender dough. If no CP, it is easy to knead the dough yourself. For this purpose, the milk is poured oil. In another bowl mix the flour with sugar, salt, yeast. In the milk in small portions enter the dry ingredients and knead the dough. Formed it into a ball and cover with a clean dry towel, put in warm place for 1.5 hours.

While preparing the batter you need to do filling. To do this, the beans turn into a puree using a blender.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

For the bean puree add the onion, garlic, pepper and tomato. Add finely chopped greens, tomato paste, paprika, salt. Mix well.
