Cooking

step-0
OPARA. Warm milk mix with sifted flour and tablespoon of sugar until the consistency is thicker than for pancakes. Add the yeast mixed with a small amount of flour and knead the dough. Flour will need about 400 g. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place (40 minutes) to rise.
step-1
FILLER. Prepare cheesecake filling test. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and soft butter. Carefully grind.
step-2
DOUGH. To combine the dough and cheese filling. Add approximately 400g flour and knead a soft stick to hands dough. Cover with a towel and remove an hour in a warm place.
step-3
Coming up the dough to add just enough flour to continue kneading on the table. So that the dough does not stick to hands was softer grease hands and the dough with vegetable oil.
step-4
Leave the dough to rise again. It turns out very much. Basically it is enough and half the norms of products to bake a small pie, but it's so airy, that it is very nice to work with, and I want to bake more and more!
step-5
THE FORMING PRODUCTS. LEAVES. You can now proceed with the test. I made a lot of different buns, rolls and twisted wreaths this time, but will only discuss two options. I wanted to make this pastry in the form of a bouquet of roses, but it turned out the sun. So, roll out the dough and give it the shape of a rectangle. Sprinkle it with sugar, poppy seeds, raisins, cinnamon. And roll it into a loaf. Cut it into triangles. This will be our leaves and roses. Spread in a circle on a baking sheet.
step-6
ROSES. Roll out a thin layer of dough and cut out circles. The diameter is determined by the size of the product and the thickness of the "pink leaves". If we are filled with, the roses just bread, which is so nice with milk.
step-7
The first circle just roll the rest wound around the previous, forming a rosette. Then cut in half and turns the edges of the dough, just like a real rose. One flower missing 4 circles.
step-8
Put our roses in the leaves. No need to try tightly filled with roses all the holes, the dough will grow and itself will fill in all the gaps. Leave for final proofing and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can pre-coat the dough with milk or egg yolk.
step-9
Another variant of the molding. Do roll like the leaves (I'm no raisins did). Cut the roll along the entire length, twist each part of the spiral and connected in a ring. Rastahem and bake similarly. In the middle it is desirable to place something round, or when proofing and baking the ring may be deformed in the middle. Then just remove the tab and dopekat for another few minutes, they brown interior.
