From a quick yeast dough quickly got cake for coming to visit girlfriends! Help yourself!
Ingredients

Flour
1 cup

Yeast
5 g

Sunflower oil
1 Tbsp

Sugar
1 Tbsp

Salt
0.333 tsp

Water
100 ml

Chicken egg
1 piece

Strawberry
250 g

Marshmallows
50 g
Cooking
Mix the flour with yeast TM "SAF-Time"
In warm water add sugar, salt, oil, add flour
knead the dough (that does not stick to hands)and allow to stand for about half an hour
Roll out the dough and cut out circles (I cut a round wooden Board)
Defrost the strawberries (not much) and I used here is a soft, chewy marshmallow-it goes well with strawberries
In the center make the incisions as pictured
Spread the mini marshmallows
Top strawberries
Wrap triangles of dough from centre to the circle-as shown in photo
The resulting round brush with beaten egg and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes (oven, approximately 180 degrees)
