Description
The idea for my final recipe I found in the book of Stalik hankishiev "Grill". The author proposes to look at a clipping from a different angle, don't marinate it, and use a rich sauce, which will serve to a great barbecue or spent on marinating for a minute.

Cooking
Start with a clean cut from the tapes and cut it with a very sharp knife lengthwise, so that we have the thin and long pieces.
Each strip put some sesame sauce from Kikkoman. If You don't, replace it with dinoboy paste (paste made of sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon and spices). Or, in a mortar, pour sesame (100g), RUB it to a state of porridge, add olive oil (80ml) and blend with immersion blender, add salt and pepper to taste.
Twist each strip into a "rosette" and cut across. Try to keep the "roses" were the same height, then the meat is cooked evenly.
Strung meat on skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Sent to the grill. Make sure that the tenderloin is not a house, ideally it needs to cook for 10-12 minutes. During this time, she manages to fry inside and get the top crisp.
