Mushroom ragout with artichoke and chili pepper stewed in a soy-ginger gravy
A hearty and delicious stew! Slightly spicy and moderately spicy. While enjoying the taste of this dish, for a time, forget about meat! ))

Ingredients

  • Chili

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

  • Tomato

  • Ginger

Jerusalem artichokes are cleaned, cut into arbitrary pieces.
