Description
This recipe I found on the Internet, we cooked several times and every time something changed, as a result, he had departed from the original :) But this dish remains a favorite in our family! Of course, salmon can be cooked poizyskannee... but sometimes you want something simple and hearty - this is just about our casserole.

Cooking
First peel the potatoes and boil until soft (add salt after boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about 12-13 minutes). The water is drained, the potatoes cool.
Salmon fillet (chilled and defrosted) cut into small pieces, about 2x2 cm
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil (sunflower or olive), 1 teaspoon mustard, salt, seasoning, press out the juice of half a lemon.
Put the salmon in the marinade and mix thoroughly so that each piece was completely covered with marinade. Remove half an hour in the fridge.
Onions cut into thin half-rings and fry in 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil until Golden brown.
We begin to assemble our casserole. In portion of the form (I have a disposable, foil) put fried onion,
Top chopped circles in the thickness about 0.5 cm potato (I put lap that included plenty of potatoes as loves husband),
From top to distribute the slices of marinated salmon.
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl break 1 egg and pour 100 ml of milk,
And fill our casserole egg mixture.
Then put 2 slices of processed cheese (cheese must be of good quality, not cheap - it cheese and not "processed product") and sent our forms in the oven for exactly 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, get aromatic and delicious casserole! Outside rosy,
And inside is juicy and very tender! Bon appetit!
