Pancakes with caramel apples and meringue
Try my version of Apple pies and meringue, baked in the oven. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

To start bake pancakes. Pancakes turn out very tasty, fluffy, custard yogurt. Make the batter in a blender. Eggs, kefir, salt, sugar, baking powder and flour, beat. Add boiling water, whisk again

Make filling. Apples wash, peel, the stems and bolls. Cut into small cubes. The butter will melt, add the apples. Fry on a slow fire (in a thick-walled bowl) for a minute or two. Then stir in the sugar (to taste). Continue caramelizing another five minutes (see more on the variety of apples, soft apples require less time).

On pancake put a small amount of Apple filling, distributed throughout the pancake and turn a straw, cut into 3 pieces

For meringue, beat chilled whites to a stable foam, gradually introduce sugar. Continue whisking until stiff peaks

Put rolled pancakes in the shape of

Do the top cap of the meringue (using a pastry bag). Bake 10 minutes at t-180*. Enjoy your tea!
